As Britain is in the midst of one of the most intense heatwaves in recent memory despite the Daily Mail claiming climate change isn’t real, we thought making some instant ice cream was in order.

So while Dr Michelle Dickinson (Nanogirl) was in the UK to launch her new book, The Kitchen Science Cookbook, we thought it’d be a good idea to catch up to find out how we could do that, and what the science behind it was.
