In October of 2021, on the day that Robin Ince’s book, ‘The Importance of Being Interested’, was released he was supposed be on stage at The O2, performing to 12 000 people with Professor Brian Cox.

The pandemic meant he swapped that gig for nine people around a fire in Northampton.
